Tax returns were finally good to me which meant grabbing the camera I’ve been wanting for at least two years, the Fujifilm X100(F).
While it took some getting used to, I’m finally getting the hang of an entirely different way of shooting photos. What really saved me on this guy is the image quality:
- Editing latitude on Fuji’s .RAF raw files is incredible. (I can get highlights from that?!)
- Color is smooth and rich at most ISOs, up to 12800.
- Grain feels very natural, vs. digital noise of most cameras
